Password reset email not arrived

If you cannot login with your email address and password at

https://elearning.iact.ie/login

then you can request a password reset from a link under the login box.

If you don't receive your email (with 5 mins), first check your  spam folder.

If it has not arrive it is usually down to 2 issues
  1. You have used a different email address to sign up 
  2. You have misspelt your email address.
When you contact support, we need you
  • contact us from the email address you wish to use as your login (registered with)
  • Tell us the name you registered with
  • If you used a voucher code, attach a copy of the voucher
  • If you purchased a subscription, we need the site you used and the purchase date and the name on the credit card (do not send your CC number)
