When you get a media loading error or when an assessment won't launch, or you don't get a message that the assessment score was saved, then you should do the following and retry
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- Clear the Browser's cache ( do this regularly)
- Retry
- We recommend Chrome or Firefox so if your using Safari, IE or Edge then try it with a recommended browser
If you issue still persists then check
- That you have a good internet connection, This also refers not only to your routers connection but of your PC to the router. Wireless connections can deteriorate through environmental interference ( eg looking for 3+ bars on your connection indicators)
- Contact us, but tell us exactly which Video or assessment you are having an issue with.
- If you have a score not saving issue then screen grab the score page and send it here along which assessment you were doing and we can update the score manually. If you want to improve on the score displayed then follow the advice above and retake the assessment.
Just remember 95%+ video and assessment issues are resolved by the steps above
