Groupon problems

If you are having issues logging on and the password reset is not sending you an email, then is usually down to
  • You have not registered you voucher on https://elearning.iact.ie/register
  • If you have registered then you have mispelt your email address or used a different one. Try the password reset with all your email addresses first.
when you contact us, to help resolve your issue we need the voucher code you registered with. This should not be a link as we can't login to your Groupon account, take a screen shot and send it with your message

we would also need the Name and email address of the Groupon account that ordered the voucher and the purchase date.
