1. The assessment completes and the score is shown but no 'Score/result saved' message appears. If this still happens after you have cleared your browser's cache then you need to screen grab the score screen and send it to us and we can manually update it on your account. We need to see the URL as it identifies the course and the lesson you were taking the assessment for.
2. The screen freezes on the last question and the script to check and update the score gives a error on your browser. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do except advise you use the quizzes as practice.

You should regularly clear your browser's cache completely as even when we find and fix the issue, having the completed the assessment it will reside in cache and be used, instead of updating it to the fixed version.
