Cancel My Subscription

Login to your account
  1. Go to 'My Profile' in top right corner of screen
  2. Select 'My Account' in left hand menu
  3. Under 'Subscriptions' you can cancel or suspend
Your account is still active.

Suspending your subscription stops payment and your course are no longer available till you reactivate your subscription.

If you have time left you should only cancel and suspend nearer (day before) the renewal date to maximize the value of the subscription.
